  • Advising on analysis & evaluation contract requirements, government contract proposals, and proposal reviews
  • Analysis and evaluation design, data collection, analysis, and reporting on specific portfolios, programs, plans, and processes

Strategic Planning & Organizational Learning Agendas

 Co-develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate guiding plans to focus strategic and learning efforts.

  • Co-develop and lead implementation of learning agendas and strategic plans including scientific and diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility plans
  • Monitor performance and evaluate process and outcomes of agendas and plans

Organizational Development

Co-create data-informed, continually improving processes and regenerative, inclusive cultures.

  • Understand and address challenges to organizational performance caused by organizational structure, processes and culture through facilitated discussions, information sharing, collecting feedback, developing buy-in, and mediating between groups.
  • Help develop data infrastructure and systems to inform organizational leaders in real-time including dashboards and other tracking and data visualization tools by collaborating across program and data architecture/platform development professionals to ensure data structures and user interfaces are designed for end users.
